About us…

History Happens

History happens; it happens every day, every week, and every month of the year. It happens everywhere! It includes everyone, whether you are black or white, immigrant or native, no matter who you are. Everyone’s story, on any day and in any place, is history. And it’s important, and part of the larger history of our nation. Removing it won’t erase it. And sharing it will preserve it. This is the way society learns; it is our history that we use to learn from, whether it is good or bad. By preserving our history, all our history, is the only way we can move forward to a better tomorrow.  This blog is to share all the stories, from many places, in all our past, by many historians.
